020 RIC- Biblical Articles The Wonder of Your Existence 14-03-25
Greetings, precious soul,
Some say that the chance of you being born exactly as you are is 1 in 400 trillion. A number beyond our understanding. But the true wonder is not in the probability—it is in the fact that you exist because God wanted you to.
You are not an accident. Every part of your being—your talents, your struggles—was woven together by the Creator. David understood this truth when he wrote: ‘Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.’ (Psalm 139:16) He sees you and made you to glorify and honor Him.
The wonder of your existence does not stand alone. God did not just create you; He also calls you. He does not call you to rely on yourself, but to entrust your heart to Him. Without Him, the purpose of your life remains hidden. Without Him, there is no salvation. 'Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’ (John 14:6)
You are not just unique; your life has a divine calling. God has placed you here with purpose. God did not place you here by chance. He has a plan for your life, a place in His great story. But you must come to Him. Repentance is necessary. You cannot continue to live as if you do not need Him. He calls you to surrender your life to Him, to trust in Jesus by faith, and to receive His grace.
Your existence is a wonder, an invitation to fill your days with faith, love, and hope. But without Christ, everything lacks its deepest meaning. Turn to Him. Confess your sins. Trust in His sacrifice. Do not let your life be mere randomness (if that were even possible), but live for Him.
Pause and consider this wonder. Let it fill you with gratitude and courage. Your worth is not in extraordinary deeds, but in the fact that He wanted you. But He also calls you to a new life—one of faith and repentance.
1 in 400 trillion. And yet, here you are. Not by chance, but by His grace. So do not live without Him, but turn to Him and find life in abundance.
How is it with your life? Are you reconciled to Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, who was given to the world out of God’s love, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life? (John 3:16)
If you have not yet trusted in Christ, do not delay. Come to Him today, while the door of grace is still open. Do not wait. ‘Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.’ (Isaiah 55:6)
