And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29. So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.  30. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” 31. And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” Greetings, precious soul, When Jesus walked on the water, it touched the faith of His disciples deeply. In Matthew 14:28–31 we see Peter’s desire to follow Christ, but also his weakness. This passage confronts us with the power of faith and the reality of doubt. 020 RIC Biblical Articles - The Wonder of Your Existence

020 RIC- Biblical Articles  The Wonder of Your Existence 14-03-25 Click here to listen Greetings, precious soul, Some say that the chance of you being born exactly as you are is 1 in 400 trillion. A number beyond our understanding. But the true wonder is not in the probability—it is in the fact that you exist because God wanted you to.  You are not an accident. Every part of your being—your talents, your struggles—was woven together by the Creator.  David understood this truth when he wrote: ‘Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.’ (Psalm 139:16) He sees you and made you to glorify and honor Him. The wonder of your existence does not stand alone. God did not just create you; He also calls you. He does not call you to rely on yourself, but to entrust your heart to Him. Without Him, the purpose of your life remains hidden. Without Him, there is no salvation. 'J...

018 RIC- Biblical Articles  O wretched man that I am! 21-02-2025 Click here to listen Greetings, precious soul, O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? (Romans 7:24).  Paul’s words are sharp and direct. He exclaims: ‘O wretched man that I am!’ This is not merely a superficial cry, but a deep struggle. He wants to do what is good, yet time and again he feels the pull of sin. He longs to serve God, but he is confronted with his own weakness. This is a struggle that every believer knows. We desire to walk in obedience, yet we stumble over our own flesh. We long to live in holiness, yet we see how deeply sin is rooted in us. ' For that which I do, I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I' (Romans 7:15). Paul asks a question: ‘Who shall deliver me? '’ Notice that he does not ask, 'How can I improve myself?' or 'What must I do to become stronger?' No, he is not looking for a what, but for a wh...

People send cards, give flowers, and show their care for each other. But human love can fail, change, or even disappear. Yet, beyond all human love, there is a love that runs deeper than the ocean. A love freely given, not based on what we do or deserve, the love of God. The Bible speaks of a love that does not fade but lasts forever. A love that is not earned but is a gift of grace. In 1 John 3:1 we read: ‘Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.’  God's love is greater than a romantic gesture. It is a love that removes the barrier between us and God. When we walk with Him, His love shines on us like the warm sun. Christ covers us with His righteousness so that we may live ...
